Today we take a look at spreading leadership in the Shift the System series.

In order to tap into the collective intelligence of the system, we need to take a closer look at how we organize leadership. Systems-oriented leadership holds leadership as a role that belongs to the entire system. This means that, depending on the needs, capabilities, and competencies necessary to work on the system’s task in a particular time, leadership will be shaped by various individuals or subsystems.
