Today we’ll be covering the last rule in our video series of Systemic Rules for Transformation, rule number 12, which is: Learn and change based on internal and external messages.
Living systems are learning systems. This means that they adapt from the feedback that they receive from their internal and external environments. It is important that these feedback systems are in optimized state, so that the information and learning that is in it, can be utilized for your organization or team to evolve more quickly.
