After almost 20 years of professional experience, I am more passionate about people and transformational processes than ever. It is my mission is to help leaders, teams and organizations grow and transform towards success and happiness in life. Because of my multicultural background and my living and working experiences across the globe, I enjoy doing business in an international context. I led and delivered projects for multinational organizations in many countries including USA, Australia, Japan, Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Switzerland, China, South Africa and (home country) the Netherlands.

Background and Professional experience

I started my professional career in 1994, when I gained work experience in three international (post) graduation projects at Telstra Corporations (Australia), Coopers & Lybrand and NTT (Japan). My first formal employer was Accenture, where I learned to deliver and manage international change management and IT projects as a change management consultant. At Core Counselors I gained extensive experience in supply chain management and ERP implementation projects as a project coach, manager and consultant. In my search to combine business change consulting and my social sciences background, I joined Schouten Global (Schouten & Nelissen) in 2003. There I expanded my professional range and depth in various roles: international senior consultant, trainer, team & executive coach and project & program manager. My focus was leadership, organization development and culture change. In May 2013 I started my work as an independent professional. As an entrepreneur I add value to my clients by co-creating high quality transformation projects.

Qualifications

I hold a Master Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (MA honors, Tilburg University) with a major in Organizational Change, and a Post-graduate Degree Master of Management Consultancy (MMC, Free University of Amsterdam). I’m also a Certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC, Center for Right Relationship) and a Co-active leader (CTI). I completed my education in training and constellation work (Phoenix Opleidingen) and participated in the Tavistock Group Relations Conference twice. Furthermore, I am certified in the Inter Cultural Readiness Check (IRC, Intercultural Business Improvement) and the Lunaris simulation (Simlearn). I was granted the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
