One of my unique service points for clients is that I am one of the 500 certified ORSC coaches, worldwide. ORSC stands for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. It is taught by the Center for Right Relationship (CRR) as an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coaching certification program. ORSC is an integrated and robust coaching model based on Relationship Systems Intelligence™. Beyond Emotional Intelligence (relationship with oneself) and Social Intelligence (relationship with other) is the realm of Relationship Systems Intelligence where one’s focus shifts to the relationship with the group, team or system. This means that the entire system (such as a team, department, committee, work relationship, organization, etc.) is the focus of the coaching. ORSC doesn’t focus on individuals or on ‘who did what to whom’, it is about the team as a whole, the relationship network within the team and about ‘what is wanting to happen, what is the next step of development’. The ORSC methodology sees systems as naturally resourceful creative and whole. This means that solutions and ways of moving forward lie within the system itself. Also, it means that becoming an effective team is not so much about fixing people or things, but more about enhancing the ability to tap into the potential that lies within the team.

What is professional coaching?

The International Coach Federation, of which I am a member, defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:
